How It Works
Onboarding
Tell us about your restaurant. We set up a simple Stripe account for payouts and a tablet dashboard that syncs with your POS system (or works standalone if you don't have one).
Orders Come In
Customers place orders on Dory. Orders appear on your tablet immediately, just like a delivery platform. The dashboard is yours to use however you want.
You Prepare
Prep the food like normal. When ready, confirm on the tablet. A driver picks it up and delivers to the customer.
Get Paid
At the end of each day, Dory deposits your earnings directly to your bank account via Stripe Connect. You keep 85–90% of each order. That's it.
Commission That Scales With Order Size
Under $20: 15%
Small tickets carry the highest rate, still half of what DoorDash takes.
$20 to $50: 12%
Mid-size orders land in the middle of the scale.
$50 and up: 10%
Larger orders earn the lowest rate, so you keep 90¢ on the dollar.
That's it. No per-order fees. No "small order surcharge." No marketing fees. No promotional fees. Just commission on what you earn.
Example: $100 Order
Compare: DoorDash would take $30 from this order. You'd get $70. With Dory, you get $90.
